2.1 Booking Confirmation

A reservation becomes binding once it has been confirmed by Al Madina Riad Group or through an authorized booking platform.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate personal information and correct booking details.

2.2 Check-in & Check-out

Standard arrival and departure times are:

Check-in: from 14:00
Check-out: until 11:00

Early arrival or late departure requests may be possible depending on availability and must be confirmed in advance.

Payment conditions depend on the selected accommodation, booking channel, and rate type.

3. Guest Rules & Responsibilities

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for all guests, visitors staying at Al Madina Riad Group agree to follow the following rules.

3.1 Respect for Other Guests

Al Madina Riad Group is designed as a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Guests must respect other visitors, staff, and the local community.

Excessive noise, loud music, parties, or disturbing behavior are strictly prohibited.

Quiet hours apply after: 22:00

3.2 Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside guest rooms.

Smoking is also not permitted inside our traditional riad buildings.

Guests may only smoke in designated outdoor areas where available.

3.3 External Visitors

For security and comfort reasons, external visitors who are not registered guests are not permitted inside guest rooms.

Visitors may only access common areas with prior approval from Al Madina Riad Group.

3.4 Pets

Pets are welcome only upon prior request and confirmation.

Additional conditions or possible charges may apply depending on the accommodation.

3.5 Care of Property and Damages

Guests are required to treat all rooms, furniture, decorations, equipment, and facilities with care.

Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs caused intentionally or through negligence may be charged to the responsible guest.

3.6 Traditional Buildings and Medina Environment

Many of our accommodations are located in historic buildings within the old Medina of Bizerte.

Guests acknowledge that traditional properties may include:
